Friendly staff, well-kept and very comfortable rooms. The facility itself is very well-kept and clean, there is a different cuisine for dinner every day, and the food is also very good.
The beds were uncomfortable, they sank when lying down.
My reservation was at Maya Beach and they sent us to the colonial and although you have the same access, the colonial has an older appearance.
